National Certification Training (NCT) is a two-level program designed to equip site coordinators of Christian Women’s Job Corps and Christian Men’s Job Corps ministries.
Level 1 provides prospective coordinators with foundational skills to plan, develop, operate, and evaluate their ministry sites, serving as the starting point of their leadership journey.
Level 2 offers active coordinators a deeper exploration of leadership and organizational issues, enhancing their ability to operate and evaluate ministry sites, and is available to those with at least 12 months of experience since completing Level 1.

The goal of Level 2 (2 days) training is to better equip an active CWJC/CMJC site coordinator to operate and evaluate a ministry site through a more in-depth exploration of key leadership and organizational issues. Attendance at NCT Level 2 is open to those individuals with at least 12 months of involvement in a CWJC/CMJC site since the completion of Level 1.
